| 2 min read
Food Safety

In this webinar, you will gain a concise and practical overview of the latest developments in food law – at both national and European level. We will examine current requirements and emerging trends, and address the challenges facing your sector. We will address common sources of error and contentious issues, offering you valuable insights for your day-to-day work. In addition to legislative changes, we will place particular emphasis on recent, landmark court rulings – such as those of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) or the Austrian Supreme Court (OGH) – and their practical implications for food labelling practices. Furthermore, we will provide information on relevant amendments to the Austrian Food Code and address the growing requirements for labelling with sustainability-related information.

The webinar will also include time for questions.

Further topics will be finalised in the course of the year and will be included in the detailed programme shortly before the event.
