The aim of the targeted campaign was to assess hygiene standards with regard to the presence of pathogenic bacteria.

42 samples from across Austria were analysed. Four samples were rejected:

Three samples were unfit for human consumption due to microbiological contamination
One sample was harmful to health due to contamination with Listeria
