The aim of the focus action was to review good hygiene practices or HACCP systems and self-monitoring measures in the delicatessen sector of branches of retail chains and individual companies. The focus action was carried out as a repeat of the focus action of the same name from 2018.
Questionnaires were provided to the food inspectorate to standardize the inspections. Samples were drawn only in case of suspicion. 13 samples were submitted for testing.
- One sample was rejected due to contamination with dirt germs.
