Ingredients
 Cake:
 1 apple
 115 g cooked white beans
 2 eggs
 50 g sugar
 40 g cocoa
 20 g spelt flour
 1 tsp baking powder
Topping:
 250 g low-fat yoghurt or skyr
 1 apple
 1 tbsp sugar
 Cinnamon
 Lemon juice
Preparation
 Finely puree the washed apple with skin and cooked beans together with the eggs and sugar. Add the cocoa, spelt flour and baking powder and blend again briefly.
Preheat the oven to 170 °C fan oven. Line a baking tin (e.g. loaf tin or springform tin) with baking paper, pour in the cake mixture and bake at 170 °C for 25 minutes.
Leave the cake to cool and remove from the baking tin. Make apple sauce from the apple, cinnamon, sugar and lemon juice.
Cut the cake into cubes, spread with yoghurt and garnish with apple sauce and apple pieces.
Tip
 Alternatively, the cake can be cut out and arranged in layers in a glass.
