The aim of the priority action is to comprehensively record the residue contamination of milk, egg and honey samples from Austrian primary production. Extensive analyses were carried out on the following groups of substances:

• banned substances
• substances authorised as veterinary medicinal products such as antibiotics, agents against endo- and ectoparasites, painkillers and anti-inflammatory agents, including corticosteroids
• pesticides
• Mould toxins

93 samples from all over Austria were analysed.
