The aim of the focus action was to verify compliance with the guideline values for the establishment of minimization measures and for the reduction of acrylamide content in food. 61 samples from all over Austria were examined.

No sample was objected to.
In seven samples, it was indicated that the guideline value for acrylamide had been exceeded.
