REQUIREMENTS FOR REPLACEMENT
You have lost your ID card issued by the Federal Office for Food Safety (BAES) and would like to have it reissued.
- In the event of a change of name (e.g. marriage): submission of the marriage certificate
- In the event of a change of address: submission of a valid registration form
- In the event of loss or theft: submission of an official report of loss or theft
REQUIREMENTS FOR RENEWAL
You have successfully completed your certificate of competence refresher course not with AGES but with another authorised training and further education institution (e.g. WIFI) and only require the certificate.
- Enter date of birth
- Upload (in a single document!) the following:
- Proof of successful completion of the course (e.g. WIFI certificate of attendance)
- an EU-compliant passport photo
- A copy of your current ID
