Ingredients (4 portions):
2 cloves of garlic
6 tbsp rapeseed oil
1 large cauliflower
20 g dried mushrooms
2 tsp black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
Finely grind the mushrooms, press or finely chop the garlic and mix with 5 tbsp rapeseed oil until smooth. Leave the mixture to soak for approx. 15 minutes.
Cut four 3 cm thick slices from the cauliflower and rub evenly with the spices. Brush with the remaining oil and grill over a direct heat for approx. 5 minutes per side.
Then finish cooking in a preheated oven at 170 °C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 15 minutes.

Tastes delicious with a fresh leaf salad.
