Ingredients
 100 g finely diced bacon
 1 small onion
 125 g lentils, cooked
 1 tbsp paprika powder
 1 dash vinegar
 Marjoram
 Salt, pepper
 Soup seasoning
 Flour
Preparation
 Fry the bacon and diced onion. Add the lentils and paprika powder and deglaze with a dash of vinegar. Add the marjoram, salt, pepper and soup seasoning, stir, pour in 1 litre of water and leave to simmer. After seasoning to taste, thicken with a little flour water (mix flour and water until thick and liquid).
Enjoy with fresh bread.
Tip
 White beans or scarlet runner beans can also be used as an alternative to lentils.
