Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 90 ml sunflower oil
  • 3 tablespoons soya flour
  • 130 ml water
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g almonds or nuts
  • 200 g flour
  • 40 g cornflour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pkg baking powder
  • 1 pkg vanilla sugar
  • grated zest of one untreated lemon


For the topping:

  • 400 g red jam, e.g. cranberries, currants or blueberries

Preparation

First mix the soya flour with the water, then mix all the ingredients to form a dough. Finally, add enough water to form a smooth mixture. Pour 2/3 of the mixture into a mould and spread with jam.

Form thin rolls with the remaining dough and place them on a grid on top of the jam.

Bake at 160°C top/bottom heat for approx. 30-35 minutes.
