Ingredients 
 150 g red lentils
 300 ml water
 50 g grated hard cheese
 Salt
 Paprika
 Nutmeg
 Thyme
 Chilli flakes
Preparation
 Soak the lentils in cold water for three hours. Finely puree together with the spices.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread a thin layer of lentil mixture on it.
Bake for 20 minutes. Cut into rectangles with a knife or pizza cutter. Sprinkle with cheese and chilli flakes and bake for another 10 minutes.
Tip
 Suitable as a soup garnish, as a snack between meals or for dipping.
