Ingredients
 200 g white beans
 1 onion
 1 tbsp olive oil
 2 prunes
 1/2 apple
 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
 Salt
 Pepper
 Marjoram
 Paprika
Preparation
 Soak the prunes in cold water, drain the next day. Pour cold water over the beans in a pan, cover and leave to soak overnight in the fridge. Drain the water, rinse the beans and cook for about an
 hour, strain and rinse with cold water.
Chop the onion, apple and prunes and sauté in olive oil. Puree all the ingredients and season to taste.
Garnish with cress, edible flowers or parsley.
Tips
- If you want it spicier, use chilli or chilli flakes.
- It goes well with wholemeal bread or brown bread, for example.
