In recent years, the One Health concept has established itself as the international instrument for tackling complex issues and challenges in human, animal, plant and environmental health. As a One Health agency, we are following developments closely and want to make a contribution to implementing the concept in Austria in a targeted manner. We are therefore using the upcoming international One Health Day to open our doors and offer a platform for keynotes, discussions, workshops and networking.

On 3 and 4 November, we are making One Health the central theme. We want to enter into dialogue with you and discuss how One Health can be better implemented in Austria. To this end, we are inviting national and international experts and policy makers to AGES.

On 3 November, we will focus on One Health Policy. Keynote speeches and a high-calibre panel discussion will identify challenges, present different perspectives and discuss necessary next steps.

On 4 November, we want to developimplementation ideas on current One Health topics and necessary fields of actionin parallel workshops. Experts will be able to contribute their expertise and experience on forward-looking One Health topics in an interactive format.
