Untersuchung von tiefgekühlten Kebabspießen aus Putenfleisch auf Salmonellen(Monitoring)

In autumn 2015 a campaign (SPA-A-047, Salmonella) on 15 Turkey-Kebab was conducted due to an S. Stanley outbreak. Four samples were positive, this is 26.7% (95%-CI [11%–52%]). The detected Salmonellae (S. Derby, S. Saintpaul & S. Infantis) are pathogenic. An AGES task force identifies Salmonella serovars ≠ SE, ST (e.g. Stanley, Infantis) as a matter of concern, needing special attention and informing.
