Eggs

The protein in eggs (chicken eggs) can be easily converted into body protein.  Additionally, the fat of the egg yolk has a favourable fatty acid pattern for the human body. Dyed eggs have their high season at Easter. Important for the colours used: they must conform to food law regulations.

Chocolate

Chocolate is made from the fermented fruit of the cocoa tree. High-quality chocolate with high levels of cocoa can be found on the market in increasing amounts, in addition to milk and white chocolate. Chocolate should be stored in a cool place so it is fresh for its whole shelf life.
