Dry, deep with partly negative water balance (drought stress, irrigation location);
Commercial crop farms focusing on cereals (e.g. quality wheat production), sugar beet, potatoes, and close to metropolitan areas;

Reference environment:

Mainly heavy, clay-rich soils in a moderate-cool, humid climate with occasionally long and heavy periods of snow (criterion winter hardiness test); commercial crop and livestock farms focusing on maize and field forage, cereals. Mycotoxin issues in feedstuffs.

Focus:

Harvested products might be contaminated with mycotoxins.
