Safe and high quality food, feed and raw materials need rapid and reliable proof through laboratory results. The Agency for Health and Food Safety (AGES) offers laboratory training courses for the detection of residues and pathogens as well as for the confirmation of the quality of food, animal feed and raw materials in a practical training series.

Target groups
The training courses are aimed at national and international authorities as well as companies that want to further develop themselves along the standards of the AGES reference laboratories.
