The lab training details the legal principles and quality-relevant parameters in an accredited lab in addition to theoretical knowledge and analytical expertise. Using pesticide multi-methods (LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS) the training focuses on the analysis of different matrices from simple plant-based food and animal feeds up to more complex food (meat, eggs, oil, tea, herbs). In addition, analytical quality control and method validation procedures for pesticide residues analysis according to SANTE/11813/2017 are presented. Practice-oriented tips and trouble-shooting experiences complete the interesting course contents.
