Analysis of Triphenylmethane Dyes in Fish and Fish Products

Content
Legal principles and quality-relevant parameters in an accredited lab in addition to theoretical knowledge and analytical expertise are presented during this training week. Validation and analytical method performance criteria according to Commission Directive 2002/657/EC will be of special importance. Method development approaches and experiences from routine analysis of TPM dyes in fish and fish products are detailed and will give the trainee’s a complete picture.
