Sichere und hochqualitative Lebensmittel, Futtermittel und Rohstoffe brauchen den raschen und gesicherten Beweis durch Laborergebnisse. Die Agentur für Gesundheit und Ernährungssicherheit (AGES) bietet in einer praxisbezogenen Weiterbildungsreihe "Laborpraxis": Labortrainings zum Nachweis von Rückständen und  Krankheitserregern, sowie zur Bestätigung der Qualität u.a. von Lebensmitteln, Futtermitteln und Rohstoffen, an.

Unsere Labortrainings u.a. zur Analytik von Tierarzneimittelrückständen, zu Gentechnisch veränderten Organismen (GVO) oder z.B. zur Bestimmung von Elementen umfassen mehr als 20 Kursformate Das Weiterbildungsangebot wird laufend erweitert.

Zur Untersuchung von Lebensmitteln, Futtermitteln, landwirtschaftlichen Rohstoffen und Betriebsmitteln, dem Nachweis von Krankheitserregern bei Mensch, Tier und Pflanze betreibt die AGES 61  Nationale Referenzlaboratorien, 21 Nationale Referenzzentralen und 11 Staatliche Laboratorien mit Sonderaufgaben und das Arzneimittelkontrolllabor. Jährlich werden 700.000 Proben bearbeitet und dabei 1.350 akkreditierte Methoden verwendet.

Each participant will carry out the relevant procedures on real samples under professional supervision in a fully equipped laboratory.
