Data, Statistics & Risk Assessment

The Division for Data, Statistics and Risk Assessment is mainly responsible for providing independent, scientific risk assessments across the entire range of activities at AGES. As a result, the department supports both shareholder ministries – the Federal Ministry for Health and Women’s Affairs (BMGF) and the Federal Ministry for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management (BMLFUW) – to which it also supplies its expertise in risk assessment in the fields of health, food and veterinary medicine.
