The proprietor of AGES is the Austrian government which is represented by the Minister for Health, Alois Stöger and the Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water management, Dipl. Ing. Nikolaus Berlakovich.
With the assistance of their appointed representatives, the Ministers are responsible for their corresponding departments within AGES.
