What is the Federal Office of Food Safety?

The Federal Office of Food Safety (BAES) was founded at the same time as the Austrian Agency for Health and Food Safety (AGES) and receives projects and assignments in regard to all areas of influence in agriculture.

AGES partners with BAES and the organizations share the same services, personnel and building.
