• Objectives and Mission of AGES The Austrian Agency for Health and Food Safety (AGES) is responsible for carrying out diverse tasks in the area of food safety on behalf of the Republic of Austria.

• European Food Safety Authority The European Food Safety Authority EFSA is one of the most important collaboration partners of AGES at a European level.
• General terms and conditions The following Terms and Conditions shall apply for all contracts related to services offered by the Austrian Agency for Health and Food Safety (Österreichische Agentur für Gesundheit und Ernährungssicherheit GmbH, hereinafter referred to as “AGES”) and the contractual partner.
